How long does shipping take?
We ship Australia-wide. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive your tree within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Can I schedule my delivery?
Yes, you can select a preferred delivery date during checkout. We’ll do our best to meet it.
What if my tree arrives damaged?
No worries. Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
Can I return a tree if I don’t like it?
Yes. You have 7 days after receiving your tree to request a return. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.
Is it hard to set up the tree?
Not at all! All our trees are easy to assemble with clear instructions. No tools needed. A video tutorial is coming soon.
